§1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and og365 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the og365 website at og365.pro and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on og365, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the og365 platform. Continued use of og365 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. og365 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

§2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on og365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. og365 enforces a strict 21+ policy and verifies player ages as part of the account verification (KYC) process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf with your own personal details, contact information, and payment methods.
• You must not already hold an existing og365 account. Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Any additional accounts found will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have been requested to close your account by og365 at any prior point in time.
• You must use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party benefit.

og365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review. Players who provided false eligibility information at the time of registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings or balances forfeited.

§3Account Registration and Security

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. og365 uses the information provided to verify player identity, process payments, and communicate account-related matters. The following account security rules apply to all og365 accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your og365 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify og365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.

§4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on og365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). og365 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on og365:

• The minimum deposit amount on og365 is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account cashier section and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. og365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. og365 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal above a platform-defined threshold.
• Deposits made by error or deposited using funds not belonging to the account holder must be reported to og365 support immediately. og365 may reverse such deposits and reserves the right to close accounts involved in fraudulent deposit activity.
• og365 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its own account. However, your payment service provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.

og365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or review of unusual account activity. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason where such notification does not compromise the integrity of an ongoing review.

§5Bonuses and Promotions

og365 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, which is held separately from the real-money cash balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met may be withdrawn.
• og365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where required to prevent abuse or fraud. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, or claimed more than once per player per promotion period.
• Free spins bonuses are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus stacking, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

§6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on og365. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by og365, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or game error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, og365 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, og365 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• og365 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to human or technical error. Players will be notified and stakes returned where bets are voided on this basis.
• All live casino game outcomes are determined by the game studio's certified RNG or physical game apparatus (e.g. physical roulette wheel, dealing shoe). og365 has no ability to influence live game outcomes.
• Maximum winnings per game round or per bet may be subject to platform-defined caps. Where a winning amount exceeds the applicable cap, only the capped amount will be credited to the player's balance.

og365 reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time, including events that are in-progress, if there is reason to believe the integrity of the market has been compromised. Affected bets will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport's governing rules and og365's internal review procedures.

§7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on og365. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity, payment method, or contact details to create or operate an og365 account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or platform systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the og365 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using og365 as a vehicle for any financial crime. og365 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at og365 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

§8Responsible Gaming

og365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties. og365 provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their og365 account.

The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the og365 platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting og365 support.
